How can I see the fee structure and due dates?
Click on the "Support" tab above. Then click on "My Payments page.". You will need to login to see the amounts and dates. You can also pay from there.
Why should I pay online?
It is convenient for most people to do so. You don't have to visit the school or your bank. Also, it helps reduce accounting workload for the school.
Can I pay by cheque/DD/cash?
Of course. All options are available. You can deposit the cash/Cheque/DD at the school or send it with your child as usual. (when the school office is working) If you have sent it through someone, you should submit the information or Cheque/DD on the Payments page.
How do I pay online?
Go to My Payments page.
You will see all payments, amounts and due dates and also the pending amount. Click on Pay Now

If there is no payment gateway activated for you yet, you will see the page like in this step
You will see the details of your transaction and applicable charges. Click on Pay the Fees.

You will be taken to the payment gateway. Choose your option.

If you are paying by card, fill up this informtion and Pay.

If you are paying through Net Banking, select your bank and Pay.

If you cannot find your bank in the list then Return to Merchant

Click on this button to pay by other methods

Choose your method. If by cash, simply pay the cash at the office and submit. If paying by cheque/DD or your bank, enter the transaction number and then only submit.

You will be taken back to the Payments page, where yu will see the status of your transaction. It will be set to "Paid" when the verification is complete.

Are there any charges when I pay online?
In some cases, yes. Since school is a merchant as per RBI, paying by NEFT/RTGS/IMPS into the school account has a one time fee and also a percentage of the transaction amount is charged. For UPI (as of May) through any App like PayTM, Phone Pe, etc. there is a percentage charge upon transaction of 0.3%. It may soon be removed. Cards other than RuPay cards have their charges. RuPay debit cards have no transaction cost.
Are there any additional charges when paying through the school website?
No.
Do I have to pay online through the school website only?
It is easier for us to verify your transaction if you either pay through our payment gateway or update your transaction reference number. (if the gateway is not activated for your class yet) If you pay online and then send us a screenshot of the receipt, etc. it becomes difficult to track the transaction. So we urge you to pay through our website.
What is my bank / UPI option is not listed on school website?
If your choice is not listed on our payment gateway, (i.e. after you start the payment) you can cancel the payment. You will be taken to a different page where you can then pay by your own method and send us the transaction number.
What is a Transaction Reference Number?
A transaction reference number is a unique number generated by the bank when you make a payment. It could be a cheque number, a DD number or an NEFT/RTGS/UPI number. Look at the examples below

What is the policy for cancellation or refunds?
- Terms & Conditions: When making online payment, you will bear the costs for the transaction. You can always pay through cheque/DD/cash at the school office.
If you have difficulties in making the payments on time, you should contact the school office before the due date. If you fail to do so, late fees will be charged, if applicable and as specified above. - Cancellation & Refunds Fees when paid cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless you have already paid the same amount by other means. In case of extra payment, we will adjust the amount into the remaining fees, if you so inform us and where such is not possible, it will be refunded.
