  • Grouping staff (Teaching & Non-Teaching) in small teams of 3-4 members each for AG's
  • AG allocation (Presentation will be on 29th & 30th April)
  • AG details:-

    AG for Teachers

    • Making a Teaching Plan on the given topic
    • Topics are apart from currently taught syllabus
    • Teaching Plan should be applicable to the smallest age group possible in the specified group
    • Supplementary notes and teaching aids also to be created

    AG for Admin & Clerical staff

    • Making workflow charts for administrative processes
    • Process could be from any department

In this the staff will attempt a task based Online paper based on Information Technology. The tasks will be on Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The concept will be - complete the given tasks and then answer the questions based on them

After the IT online paper the staff will be divided into two groups depending upon their IT skills. They will be given training and assignments which have to be completed by them within the given time period.

Amateurs:

  • Windows -  Startup & Shutdown;  Files & Folders; My Network Places
  • Browser & Mailing Tools - Internet Explorer, Intranet & Internet, Working in Intranet; Intro to Mail Client software; Efficiently sending and checking mails
  • Word Processing - File - Save, Save As, Page Setup; Edit - Cut, Copy, Paste, Replace; Insert -  Symbol, Picture, Object ...; Format - Font, Paragraph, Bullets & Numbering, Columns; Tools - Spelling & Grammar, Thesaurus; Table - Insert, Select, Delete
