A leader is one who organizes people for a common purpose, motivates them to achieve that purpose and ensures that the goal is achieved by the quickest but the righteous path. Thus the leader must be able to speak to people about his/her ideas, convince them, get them excited about the job and solve their problems whenever required. Hence a leader needs to be mature, wise and rational as also well-informed and competent in the field of work that he is leading.
For younger students the test is in public speaking (on a topic given in advance), while the older students must raise awareness about a certain issue among their class and win the students over. Then for the finale they must compete with others from the school to prove their mettle.
Top 10 percentile will get a certificate and a a prize while the topper will get the Abhinav Star.
